Nigiris sushis

For 6 peoples :

     Ingredients for 30 sushi
     300 g of vinegared rice
     500 g of fish (tuna, bar, mackerel, shrimp, Salmon )
     2 tablespoons diluted vinegar in a bowl of water
     a little wasabi

Preparation :
    

Moisten your fingers with the vinegar / water mixture and then take a tablespoon of rice in the middle

of your hand. Give an oblong shape with rice dumpling by packing with your fingers and closing your hand over.

Cut fish slices  half an inch thick and drop a hint of wasabi in the center of each slice. Place the rice on the slice of fish and make them join together.

Turn the sushi and tamp it down again with your fingers pressing on the sides and on top so it is perfectly formed.

                                   To eat with Wasabi and soy sauce....
